Most people know coconut water as a gym drink that comes in a carton, and most menus do not carry it. Ordering it at a good restaurant still feels out of place.
We are not reinventing coconut water. We are bottling it for the dining room.
At the restaurant

The bottle is clear, tapered glass with a walnut stopper. It sits on white linen the way a good mineral water does, and it looks like it has always been on the menu.
